Learning that I am worthy of taking up space has been a long road. A lot of the time we are taught to make ourselves smaller, be quieter, not express ourselves too much. But, it doesn’t need to be this way.
 
No one made change or provided any understanding in this world by blending in and being quiet. We are all beautifully unique and should have a presence and take up our space… because we all have the opportunity to get support, be inspired or inspire others.
